Banzai Bicycles Start-Up Project - The objective of this project was to develop a company from the ground up. The company was Banzai Beach Bicycles, an at-the-beach store and manufacturing facility for beach goers to drop in and pick up or style a "Beach Cruiser" -type bicycle.
The project is extremely detailed and complete. My focus was Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and inventory management. I created the House of Quality diagram and inventory calculations, as well as much of the operational strategies section. I also worked throughout the project with other team members, as we all helped with everything from the conception to the final report.
Back-breaking work and a stellar team made this project a success.
